Refund policy

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal and withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days, returning the goods purchased on the website www.promix.lv to SIA “PRO AUTO RM” (hereinafter – the Seller). The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities and goods purchased at the Seller’s retail store.

The withdrawal period is counted from the day when the Buyer or a third person, who is not the carrier and has been indicated by the Buyer, has obtained possession of the goods.

The Buyer shall inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the Contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period by clearly notifying the Seller of the decision to withdraw.

The withdrawal notice must be submitted at the Seller’s retail store or sent electronically to the email address: info@promix.lv.

The following information must be provided – order number, date when the order was obtained in possession, name and surname, name of the returned product, and the bank account number to which the refund should be made.

The Buyer is obliged to physically return the goods to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of submitting the withdrawal notice.

The goods may be returned to the store at Talsu šoseja 39 together with the completed form, or sent to the Seller’s legal address: Jūrmala, Talsu šoseja 39 (store Radex Jūrmala). However, the goods must be delivered within the 14-day period as stated in the paragraph above.

The Seller, without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Seller has received the Buyer’s withdrawal notice and the returned goods, will refund the Buyer the amount paid, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made to the bank account specified in the withdrawal notice.

The Seller is entitled to withhold the refund until the Seller has received the returned goods.

The Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods to the Seller.

The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the entire withdrawal period. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is responsible for preserving the value of the goods. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received, including user manuals and any other accompanying documents.

During the withdrawal period, the Buyer is entitled to use the goods only to the extent necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning (to the same extent as would be possible at a store). In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the Buyer must ensure that the goods are not damaged, retain their original appearance, and are returned with their complete original set. In the event of damage or any other harm to the goods or their packaging, the Seller reserves the right to make claims against the Buyer in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

When concluding a distance contract, the Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- for the supply of goods made to the Buyer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- for goods which may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date is less than 14 (fourteen) days;
- for sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery;
- for goods that, after delivery, due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other items;
- for goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the Seller cannot control and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
