DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO SHOP AT PROMIX.LV?

On Promix.lv you can make purchases as a guest or as a registered customer. Registration is simple, takes little time, and provides us with customer information. Registration allows you to complete purchases faster, track delivery status, and view your order history. As a registered customer, you will also receive special offers, discounts, and information about news and sales.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT NEWS, DISCOUNTS, SALES, AND SPECIAL OFFERS?

To receive the latest information, you can subscribe to Promix.lv news by registering your profile or by ticking the consent box to receive updates during the checkout process.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We offer the following payment methods: payment card VISA, MAESTRO, internet banking (Banklink) SWEDBANK, SEB banka, CITADELE, Luminor, Revolut, Paysera, Apple Pay, Google Pay as well as the option to apply for INbank installment payments for orders above 75 EUR (more information about INbank installment payments can be found here).

HOW CAN I KNOW THAT THE PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL?

If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If the order is not successfully completed, we will inform you by email.

CAN I RECEIVE AN INVOICE?

Yes, the invoice is automatically sent to the email address provided in the order after payment is completed. If you need a detailed invoice in PDF format and you are a registered user, you will be able to download the invoice by logging into your PROMIX.LV profile. If you do not wish to register, we can send the invoice to you electronically. In this case, please contact us by email at info@promix.lv.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

PROMIX.LV offers the following delivery methods:

• Delivery to any address of your choice using the Omniva courier service.

• Delivery to parcel lockers by choosing the most convenient provider for you — Omniva, DPD, or Latvijas Pasts.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

• Parcel locker delivery costs 2.99 EUR.

• Courier delivery costs 7.49 EUR.

Free parcel locker delivery is available for orders over 50 EUR.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

When the order is handed over to our delivery partner, the customer receives an email with a tracking code that can be used to track the shipment on the selected carrier’s website.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER DELIVERY?

Most PROMIX.LV orders are handed over to the delivery partner on the same business day.
Delivery time is 1–2 business days.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? (SIZE, COLOR, ADDRESS, DELIVERY METHOD, CONTACT DETAILS, ETC.)

If your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, we can make corrections to it. To request changes, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@promix.lv or calling +371 25664433.

HOW CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS?

You can return the product within 14 days after receiving it. To return a product, please contact us electronically by sending an email to info@promix.lv. We will send you all the necessary information, return instructions, and a withdrawal form that must be completed and included with the returned order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the confirmation email. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
